Are you willing to use the terms "missional" or "DNA?" Ha, ha.
Something I've been thinking about: cell groups. I've observed that people seem more hesitant to join an existing cell group, than a new one. (Remember discussing this with Scott on the Willow conference trip?)
Do others find the same thing to be true and, if so, is there a need to do some mixing up and relaunching of cell groups, or in general steering people toward new cell groups? How does this work?
